Customer Service in Dubai sets the market standards for measuring customer experience in the Middle East region. With customer satisfaction dropping rapidly in most business sectors of the region, it is important for companies to implement schemes that would develop and ensure customer loyalty - I am sure I am not the only one that gets consistently frustrated by the "Best Bank In Dubai" or when I skip around Emirates Mall in Dubai only to find out that I am consistently unimpressed with the quality of customer service. Well it seems as though at least one Dubai Company is doing something about it!
